Rudolph's Red Nose

In the far north there is a beautiful town, cut off from the world by dense forests and high mountains. Life in this town is calm and measured, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. And only during one week before the New Year, the townspeople and their children need to adhere to seven rules for their safety. Only 7 days during which something from outside disturbs the peace of the city, and only 7 rules that must be remembered and followed in order to buy it off for the whole year. Here is one of these rules:
RULE #6: "IF YOU SEE A RED LIGHT AT THE EDGE OF THE FOREST - DO NOT LOOK AT IT AND DO NOT COME CLOSE TO IT!"
